One single inch.
That’s all Adam Anderson (tag holder) needed to tie for first place. He’d be right there at the top of the rankings, side-by-side with his teammate, and current leader for the largest gator of the 2016 West Central Alabama Alligator Hunt, Jessica Guy.

Last weekend, Jessica brought in a 12′ 6″ gator weighing 562 pounds. Adam Anderson’s gator this morning was 12′ 5″; 482.5 pounds.
The G&D outdoors gator team (consisting of Adam Anderson, Grayson Gibson, Jessica Guy, and Lee Davis) said they snagged this monster at Peach Tree Landing, same as last time. As of today, the G&D gator team have brought in two of the three largest gators of the 2016 West Central Alabama Gator Hunt. So far 29 of the 50 tags have been filled with just one more night to hunt.
