Alice Lee Albritton, 87, a resident of Camden, Alabama passed away April 4, 2018. ​The funeral service was held Sunday, April 8, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. at the Camden United Methodist Church with Reverend Brian Dovey officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home of Camden, AL directing. Burial followed at Reaves Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.

Mrs. Albritton was born December 16, 1930 in Gurdon, Arkansas. She graduated from Wilcox County High School in 1948. She attended Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama and graduated from Auburn University in 1952.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Francis Marion Dobson and Laura Farish Dobson; her husband, Dan Starke Albritton; daughter, Lisa Albritton Agee (Kennon); grandson, Dan Starke Albritton, III; brother Francis Buckner Dobson; and son-in-law George Fail Alford, Jr.
She is survived by her children Dan Starke Albritton, Jr. (Sharon), Laura Albritton Thomas (Lee), Ann Albritton Alford; her grandchildren Lee Holt Thomas, Jr. (Melanie), Frank Clayton Thomas (Jeanna), Valerie Albritton Oakley (Chad), Scott Albritton Alford (Jessica), Kennon Ross Agee III (Morgan), and Laura Alice Agee, George Fail Alford, III (Tiffany) and W. H. Bruce Alford (Kim); Great grandchildren Michael Scott Oakley, Henry Starke Thomas, John Holt Thomas, Lee Frank Thomas, Alice Scott Alford and Kennon Ross Agee, IV. George Fail Alford IV, Henderson Hayes Alford, Elizabeth Lorraine Alford, Lorraine Bruce Alford, William Dobbs Alford and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Albritton was a loyal member of the Wilcox Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and a lifelong member of the Camden United Methodist Church.

Memorials can be made to the Camden United Methodist Church, the Reaves Memorial & Chapel Cemetery Association, 141 County Road 6, Camden, Alabama or the charity of your choice.

Pallbearers include: Holt Thomas, Clay Thomas, Scott Alford, Ross Agee, Scott Oakley and Chad Oakley.
