Mr. Howard V. Noble, age 83 of Millers Ferry, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021 at his home.  Mr. Noble was born in Rome County, Wisconsin and was a former resident of Arizona, Flomaton, and Pensacola.  He was a member of Riverview Baptist Church in Camden.  Mr. Noble was an iron worker in industrial construction and had worked on many projects including the Destin Bridge and the launch pad at Cape Canaveral.  He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force.  Mr. Noble is preceded in death by his parents, William Ernest Noble and Hazel Blanche Burheight Noble; and his brothers, William Kenneth Noble, Jim Raymond Noble, Robert Donald Noble, and Ralph Thomas Noble.

Survivors include his wife Cindy Noble of Millers Ferry; step sons, Daryl Johnson and wife JoAnn and C. Thomas Howell; his father-in-law, David “Pete” Lail and wife Margaret; his sister-in-law, Beth Rutherford and husband Gary; his brother-in-law, David W. Lail; grandchildren, Daryl Johnson, Jr., Stacie and husband Michael, Tamala Johnson, and Austin Howell; his church family, friends in Wilcox County and Escambia County, FL and all his fishing buddies.

Funeral services will be Monday, September 14, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Riverview Baptist Church in Camden with Rev. Scott Armstrong officiating.  Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Camden on the bypass.  Visitation will be Monday, September 14th from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the church.   In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Women’s Misson Union (WMU) at Riverview Baptist Church, 20 Beach Road, Camden, AL 36726.
