Paul Maurice Hayward, age 67, and a resident of Robertsdale, Alabama, died peacefully at home in the presence of his family on August 22, 2023. Paul was a route salesman for 40 years with Tom’s, Country Time, and Brim’s. He was a self-educated builder, electrician, plumber, and gardener.
Paul was born in Swindon, England, and leaves behind a wife of 48 years, Rebecca Lynn Hayward; two sons, James (Shasta) and Ashley (Jennifer); 4 grandchildren, Tristan Dakota (Kathy), Cole Leigh, Beau Langdon, and Cullen Michael; and 2 great grandchildren, Hayden and Lauxus.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Maurice James Earnest Hayward and Hilda May Vickery Bailey; sisters, Valeria Jean Dailey, Elaine Denise Taylor; and brothers, Anthony William Hayward and Leigh Nile Collins.
A graveside service will be held at Wynn Cemetery in Summerdale, Alabama, on Friday, August 25, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.
