Today’s Mom Workshop
Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) will hold a free 6-class workshop for expectant moms beginning March 22 at 1:30 p.m. in the Wilcox County Commissioner’s Courtroom on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex.
Topics include: keeping baby safe, physical activity, food safety, healthy choices, breast-feeding, pregnancy concerns and recipe tasting.
