BREAKING: Wilcox Corrections Officer ARRESTED for Sexual Abuse

An employee at Wilcox County’s Prince Arnold Detention center was arrested last Tuesday, July 2nd. He bonded out two days later. Lydon Simmons, a 53-year-old B/M and former corrections officer has been charged with Sexual Abuse, 1st Degree. According to Sheriff Earnest Evans, Simmons was “terminated immediately.”
